This is my 4th entrepreneurial venture with a history of success each time, including a previous venture into this market. Previous ventures have also included managing local and remote teams both in the USA and abroad.

WaylonGroup is a concept currently under development for a service oriented provider for medical facilities of all kinds. Strategy will include creating the best product at a fair price by examining our competitors. Services will be provided through strategic outsourcing providers to maximize cost efficiencies and offer the most comprehensive products for the greatest value.
The role of management will to maintain focus, continuously evolve strategies and manage external, internal and vendor relationships as well as continuing to enhance our product offerings.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Previous business development, management, entrepreneurship experience
• A background in Business (MBA preferred) and experience in healthcare.
• Superb communication skills, and Organizational ability as well as an ability to handle multiple projects and duties at one time.
• Excellence in presentation experience and marketing as well as project management.
• A clear management style and proven strategy.
• Understanding of business metrics and financials
• An ability to adopt a shared vision for success and be determined to see it through.
• Vendor management and relationship building.
