I have managing skills as well as technical background to help in good team and processes establishment for product development or providing IT services. Being the Head of the Department I know how to work with people and deal with commercial aspects at the same time.

Tech specialist with more than decade of IT experience. I have been involved to the products and projects development from the pre-sales phase to delivery and support assuring quality by efficient management approaches. My strong expertise is Quality Assurance including test automation, performance testing, quality management throughout SDLC. At the same time I have good technical experience in web app development. Being the Head of QA department I know how to establish processes and procedures from hiring, onboarding new employees to achieving strategic goals.

Knowing IT market in Ukraine that has very big potential, I'm looking for the partner entrepreneur/company who is willing to establish business relationship with IT team to provide outsourcing or product development services. The range of services is more focused on QA but is not limited to. The range of services can be a good point for discussion. UA market is a good chance for the companies to get good quality services from offshore specialists with the possibility to reduce costs in IT.
