Francis's co-founder search details

Why Francis would make a good co-founder

I'm a sales leader with a track record of success at multiple Series A and Seed Stage startups. I approach business development with the mindset of a content creator, which makes me very good at winning attention in the attention economy. I have a robust foundational knowledge of software development and applied machine learning. I'm a humble, dedicated follower of Christ with a big heart for mentorship and social impact. My drive to found a company is motivated by equal parts freedom and altruism. I'm looking for a technical co-founder with a background in applied machine learning and software development to build an MVP but, beyond the right skills, I'm looking for someone with the right character who is aligned with the impact I hope to create with our company. If you want to get a glimpse of who I am and the values I stand for, watch my personal branding video "Chasing Dreams" https://vimeo.com/531762175

Elevator pitch for startup:

I've identified a painpoint of timesheet entry classification in the legal vertical and verified an appetite for this solution with presales. I have a design partner at a top 100 global law firm who will guide the product roadmap. I've also identified a weakly supervised machine learning solution to solve this problem that is not being widely employed by the market and would give us a substantial advantage in the speed and cost of ML development. I'm looking to partner with a technical co-founder who can build an MVP of the platform. The ideal co-founder has both applied machine learning skills (with an emphasis on NLP) as well as full-stack software development experience.
