Im an Ex-Private Butler lucky enough to have worked for some UHNWI's that have given me a very useful insight and network for setting up my own business. I have an extensive knowledge in the private aviation and yachting industries and understand the recruitment pitfalls in and around both sectors. U-Crew is a social recruitment app for the commercial/leisure, yacht/aviation industries, linking highly engaged crew with the best freelance, temporary and permanent positions. That means two things: one, crew members enjoy a flawless user experience tailored to their needs and interests, giving them the opportunity to maximise downtime/wages. …and two: recruiters get fast solutions using data driven processes, helping to ensure that trips don’t fail, simply due to the lack of staff.

We are looking for a co-founder to help define and exploit the technical aspects of our data-driven mobile app.
