I'm an entrepreneurial, data-driven leader wit a track record of building and running commercial operations teams for startup biotech companies. The bulk of my experience is in commercial ops, customer support, field service, and inside sales. Most recently, I built the Global Customer Support/Service org at Binx Health from the ground up, which included hiring/training, CRM implementation, BPO management, and customer relationship management. While at Emulate, I oversaw all commercial ops after point-of-sale including field service, applications, tech support, and service ops. And when PrimeraDx was acquired by Qiagen, I led the integration of my field service team into the global Qiagen service team.

I'm fortunate to have been a part of multiple startups, all of which excelled at one or more aspects of being a successful commercial entity, and I'm leveraging my experiences with each of them in building Bevvo.

When bars are busy, bartenders spend 30-50% of their time closing tabs or exchanging cash when they should be focused on serving customers. Bevvo removes the burden of managing payments from bartenders and allows customers to pay for their beverages using the app. With bevvo, bartenders don't need to interact with a POS system so they can serve more customers in less time. The results are greater revenue for the bar, additional tips for the bartenders, and more enjoyable experiences for the customers. Bevvo also serves as a platform for targeted advertising based on customers' locations and order histories. Longer term vision includes gamifying the consumer experience, dynamic pricing, targeted promotions, and live data licensing.
