My name is Anastasia and I'm planning to open a healthy food catering establishment in Minsk or abroad. At the moment I'm looking for a co-founder(s) (ready to invest with a share in the authorized capital of a legal entity).

It is planned to open the following establishment (plan of necessary costs and investments is available upon request):

-Cafe-shop (or a shop) specialized in the production of healthy homemade frozen food without harmful additives including the option of trying it as a part of main dishes. The dishes are categorised into healthy breakfasts/lunches/dinners which are well-balanced and contain all necessary protein/fats/complex carbs/fiber. Customers can choose any option upon their taste including vegan or vegetarian ones. Producing some other products (healthy pastries, pies, bread, etc.) is also in perspective. All the food and dishes are free of sugar, refined oil, white flour and other additives.

In the long run it is also planned to include or open as an additional establishment:

-Vegan ice cream (free of white sugar, artificial sweeteners, harmful additives);

-Bigger workshop with healthy home made frozen food to cooperate with different cafés and shops.

In case of reaching high sums of investments it is also possible to consider the opening of a restaurant with a healthy well-balanced and sports menu (dishes are not fried, served with unrefined oil, free of white flour and sugar, harmful additives, natural ingridients only + healthier alternatives of popular dishes).

It is planned to open the establishment in Minsk or abroad and scale it worldwide.
