I'm looking to build an omnichannel messaging-commerce tool for small businesses in SEA to sell easily online. SMEs in Southeast Asia still relies heavily on WhatsApp, messenger and other messaging tools to sell their product. I've done that: it's messy, follow ups is difficult and businesses spent 30-60 minutes for each successful sale. While looking for solution on Google, I've found Hubspot. It's mainly built for corporates and enterprise and has really sophisticated tools which doesn't resonate with 99% of business owners in SEA. My aim is to build a Cococart-like-tool that allows SMBs to easily integrate all messaging channels, build automated response, follow-ups and close-to-automated sales.
