Inventory management for independent liquor stores that incorporates predictive ordering vis-a-vis AI. Currently the vast majority of alcohol retailers do inventory manually, which leads to dramatic inefficiencies in all 3 tiers of alcohol. The end goal for this product would be the data, as currently there are data providers for the upper and middle markets in alcohol, but not for the lower market. This would be valuable for all 3 tiers. As an alcohol supplier, I'm intimately familiar with how this product would create value, and am seeking a technical co-founder to bring it to fruition.
