Versitize is a digital marketplace that connects employers with unmet hiring needs with skilled disabled talent. We offer individual and cohort-based hiring options to employers looking to hire skilled disabled talent from reputable sources. Our platform allows employers to:

1) Directly hire skilled, disabled talent that has been trained by reputable upskilling organizations.

2) Solicit bids for cohort-based train to hire partnerships with reputable upskilling partners to develop talent with the specific skills they need for their workforces.

We are starting with disabled talent with a vision to expand to other underemployed populations in the future.
