Currently SwagStaff has two co-founders, one specializing in marketing and sales, and the other specializing in operations and long-term planning & strategy. We have designed our system requirements, validated the early idea and now it is time to bring in a third co-founder to lead development.
Swagstaff helps restaurants fill last minute labor shortages, seen or unforeseen, like when an employee calls in sick, a shift they cant fill, or a sudden surge in customers. With Swagstaff, restaurants can quickly and easily find qualified workers to fill their open shifts and keep their business running smoothly.
We are currently a team of two (Sales & marketing, Operations) and we are looking for a CTO to develop our MVP.
