Over 9 years' experience in Web Development, eCommerce & Web Accessibility as Project Manager & Web Designer. I have been playing video games for over 20 years and know various leaders in the game accessibility niche which gives me a deep insight into the history and state of inclusion in the game industry. Additionally, I have grown companies; revenue 50-100% YoY and reduced operational costs by minimum 25%. And I finished my bachelor's degree in 1 term and finished 1st in the business simulation out of tens of thousands of students.

Zenclusion is a service provider focused on media inclusion testing, consulting companies on their projects, and certification provider like ESRB. We also want to build an IMDB of inclusion, phobias & diversity so that a potential consumer can know ahead of time what to expect of a media product.

I'm looking for 2 co-founders:

1. an Operation (HR, Legal, Finance) focused individual with equal passion in inclusion & diversity who can also help with securing investment funds.

2. a Sales & Marketing focused individual with equal passion in inclusion & diversity to drive client acquisitions & retaining, marketing, partnerships and such.
