Excellent researcher, hard working, entrepreneur. I have unique information about a healthcare product can can exploit an existing market in a new way.
I have explored the use of sulforaphane extracted from broccoli seeds to activate the transcription factor Nrf2 to combat oxidative stress in neurons of people with Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease and many other illnesses and stop the disease progression. This pathway has been validated by leading scientists worldwide, but has not been successfully applied in trials. The difficulty has been in delivering the molecule in its active state. Sulforaphane is unstable and cannot be stored. It is made by hydrolysing glucoraphanin found in broccoli seeds using an enzyme called myrosinase. This reaction was thought to be rapid, so the usual delivery method is to give glucoraphanin and myrosinase at the same time. I have developed a method to study the kinetics of this reaction and identified many parameters which control it. I now know the exact parameters needed to deliver active sulforaphane. These are unexpected and very different from those used for current broccoli seed healthcare products on the market (which do not produce the promised results). Knowing the right parameters means being able to offer a product containing active sulforaphane that works. The method is currently being tested in self-experimentation by a group of people with Parkinson's disease who follow my research in the USA. That's where.the market is. See patientresearcher.com
