I am looking for a real estate related startup. I have experience at building systems and creating structure. My strengths are in implementation. I have some of my own ideas, but am open to many different opportunities as long as they coincide with my personal goals.

Looking for co-founders with strong sales backgrounds, or strong fundraising/startup knowledge.

The Real Estate Industry is primed for disruption. As a Real Estate agent and property manager I have experienced first hand the antiquated way that the industry operates. Other so called disrupters in this industry (Zillow, Opendoor, etc.) still rely on industry staples like real estate agents, brokerages, mortgage lenders, title agents, and others.

The answer to disrupting the industry is in providing housing without long term commitments, providing a path to ownership for all income levels, and reshaping the way that we think about home ownership.

My startup will solve these issues and more by acquiring real estate, providing flexible housing options, and providing in house financing and fractional ownership for our customers.

By making the “buy and hold” real estate philosophy central to the company’s values we can limit our downside potential, and appeal to conservative investors who understand the value of real estate, as well as investors who value high growth potential.
