I have an advanced platform basically ready to go that matches candidates to organisations in a virtual instant and dynamic way.
The software matches using the usual skills criteria but with psychological profiling to ensure the best fit.
The potential pipelines are many. Including
Standard recruiting.
Internal talent scouting for large corporations.
Psychological profile data.
In Australia at least, companies pay recruiting agencies from $10-$50k to shortlist potential candidates. My software can do a better job virtually instantly with no need to pore over lengthy resumes that are mostly meaningless. And for a fraction of the cost.

The project stalled 5 years ago with the loss of my partner and I’m ready to pick it up again.
There are a couple of startups that claim to match using psychological profiling but they don’t have the advanced matching system and information that was developed by an experienced organisational psychologist that I have.

I’m looking to sell for a 44% for $10k but more importantly someone to lead selling the idea and marketing.

I have pricing models and sales funnel ideas and need someone to help make this a success I know it can be. This could be a multi million dollar business in a short space of time with the right approach as even one initial sale to even a medium size corporation will open the floodgates.
