I am highly motivated and love working on projects. I think it is important to be passionate and intrinsically motivated to get things done when working on a project. In my case, projects such as this one should feel like a hobby that you want to do, rather than a job that you have to do. My opinion is that there should always be a good work-life balance to ensure that all people involved are in it for the long run.

A few months ago, I finished my Master's degree in Molecular Life Sciences at Humboldt University Berlin. In the last year of this course, I worked at the Institute of Virology at Charité, where I also performed the practical phase of my final thesis. In this time, an idea for a laboratoy device arose. Currently, I am writing a proposal for the EXIST scholarship and we are still looking for a third team member. This co-founder should have a Master's degree in a business-related course.
