Hey, I'm the founder of Nutriste - a “food-as-treatment” meal kit for people recovering from eating disorders. I don't have a website yet, and I have 15 customers, a partnership with an eating disorder treatment center, and over $7k total rev.

I'm looking for a co-founder with a strong marketing or supply chain background who lives in the NYC area.

Nutrition therapy is essential in eating disorder recovery. But, patients aren’t following their meal plans. Dietitians don't recommend other meal kits because the portions are too small, the macronutrients aren't specialized, and the branding is diet focused. We solve this problem by offering a meal kit with meal plans designed by a specialized dietitian. External dietitians prescribe meal plans based on their patients' needs, and patients purchase meals directly from us.

What's really cool about Nutriste is the healthcare aspect. There's potential for it to be covered by insurance.
