Managing rental properties is hard. Staying organized is even harder.

There are tenant applications, tenant requests, maintenance requests, vendors, rental collections, expense reporting, leases, document storage, renewals, and so much more. And at the end of the day you need to quickly know did you make money?

We are developing a Saas CRM that will address these needs for landlords. There are other companies out there that try to do so but they are either geared to the enterprise investor and are very expensive or they only do 1 or 2 of these things.

We aim to make it easy for ALL landlords to be organized and make managing properties less stressful.

We are looking for a Cofounder that can help us with our go to market strategy and marketing plan. I am looking for someone that is passionate about Saas and growing a company!
