The co founder we are looking for will be a great communicator as well as whiz and problem solving.

I am currently seeking a technical co-founder for my project. Our job posting platform will be targeted towards small businesses and startups. Similar to Anglelist (Wellfound now), however with more features and a goal to create a startup community rather than just a posting board. We found that traditional job posting sites aren't catered towards the young professionals who are joining the workforce. This new workforce doesn't want to work the same jobs like parents and is tired of the traditional 9-5. They want to work on something of their own or have ownership in their work they produce. This is the problem our site will solve.
I have sales/operation experience and my other co-founders have marketing, SEO, and accounting backgrounds but we need a cofounder with back-end development experience (front-end knowledge is a bonus).
