I’m a 34 year old civil engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing, high value project management and residential construction where I own the business. I have had success in previous startups that have funded the development of my current business to this point.

I have formulated a method of construction (patents pending) that will reduce the cost of construction for residential homes by a minimum of 50% and presents even larger cost savings for medium rise apartment block construction. This is a prefabricated panelized system that allows for all services and finishes right down to the light fittings to be pre-fitted in a factory and assembled on-site in as little as a week. This technology also allows for the total removal for of buildings once they are no longer required - eliminating almost all construction waste (which accounts for up to one third of waste produced by humans). Built out of readily available but non traditional materials - this technology has the potential to disrupt a sector that accounts for around 17% of the world’s GDP. I am looking for a co-founder that has a proven track record in capital raising which will free up my time to focus on building homes at scale.
