If you have an interesting idea, but aren’t sure how to bring it to reality, I’d be interested in hearing about it. I own multiple businesses and am looking to grow my portfolio in complimentary ways. A lot of my experience has been taking literal words and drawings and making them into reality.

I have domain expertise in the construction industry and also some programming, and coding experience. My quirk is systems. I hyper focus on understanding what makes things work, why processes function in a particular way, and I have unique insight in the many ways in which the construction industry is lacking in B2B services and software tooling. I’m in the process of acquiring a company and I’m a current partner in another so my capacity to construct any of the solutions I’m looking for is pretty limited right now, but ideally, I want to start prototyping the solutions soon so that they are ready to test in the real world…I already have the first business customer lined up and several more leads if the solution(s) are effective. I want to partner with someone who can take the lead on application development independent of my current schedule constraints.
