Hello Everyone,
I am looking for someone to start a new business with me in the Minneapolis MN area. It is a cleanout business. I already own a cleanout business but I have diabetes and I am a hands on owner and I can not continue to work like I have in the past. I am looking for someone that is ambitious and understands a little about estates and is proficient with finances. Ideally the partner would meet with clients and work the cleanouts as well. The unique aspect of my business model is I provide discounts for items of value. There would be a very low start up cost and we already have a lead system. I am open to the type of business structure too, either LLC, C Corp or S corp.
