Trying out startup launch and have a funding application in progress. Looking for aspiring or experienced, technically oriented, coding co-founder or team member, UK located.

Am from a background in hands-on technical roles both as employee and freelance worker.

At this pre-funding phase, like most founders, am looking for similar attributes from collaborators as I understand we all have daytime commitments, job searches and regular life going on too: willingness to spend some time initially in 2-way interviews and discussion, online / face to face / hybrid to understand if this proposition will be or could be a good fit if the funding was approved. Then spend few hours a week reviewing and commenting on the review funding application(s), try out and tinker with the proof of concept locally (so familiarity with git, github, IDE such as VSCode, Python coding and follow along to technical steps as documented).

Technically,you will be ok with trying things, fail fast and pivot, not rigid about technical practices or choices of languages and frameworks, Willing to adopt AI assistance, low code tools and whatever other optimisation tools and practices evolve to get to the goals. When the time comes to go from PoC to commercialisation, willing and able to adopt more stringent, enterprise quality practices.

If the funding application is successful, I anticipate moving us forward with full-time commitment / employment on a formal basis, formalising the arrangement according to industry practices.

Vital signs periodic or adhoc checks and AI assisted evaluation for user during the course of their daily lives, using widely used mobile devices or wearables. The metrics will be evaluated continuously by a personalised AI model to provide both status updates in case of metrics in normal range , or alert in case of anomalies detected, to nominated contacts over multiple communication channels.

Personal vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure, sleep hours) monitoring at home by a doctor, followed by updates and communication with family near and far, has typically only been the domain of the ultra wealthy.

This project will deliver:

• individual, personalised AI models that continuously learn what is 'normal ' for the user and then detect anomalies/outliers
• cloud hosted microservices that only run and scale up/down as required. Active users are processed and dormant users are kept on at 'pilot light' status
• standard AI/ML Ops pipelines that can build users' personalised individual AI models, the 'AI wellness clones' of users at 'millions of users' scale
• customisable communications over multiple channels with nominated contacts. Send status updates to provides reassurance when all is well. When anomalies are detected, a traceable escalation communication that can repeat until acknowledged by a contact.
