My business is intended to be a sustainable community for older head of households who might not need the services of competitive education and job force nearby. This community needs to start as a farm because it will serve as a community of farmers which also exploit some other income streams explained in our master plan. The minimum startup costs are around $60,000. The minimum costs to start producing income are around $150,000 plus with a brake even point of a year.
