I'm Jessica, the founder of Encolink -- a community-driven platform built for innovators to connect, collaborate and create impactful ideas together. Though my background is in biology, I've successfully built and led the foundation of my startup from scratch -- from laying out a complete business plan to assembling a 12-member team and running effective marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, while designing and refining the early concept of Encolink, and I'm constantly exploring ways AI can help create healthier, purpose-driven online spaces.
My strength lied in product vision, branding, and understanding what makes people engage deeply online.

I'd love to collaborate with a co-founder who values creativity, ethics, and long-term vision over quick wins. I'm looking for a true-builder -- someone who wants to shape a platform that could redefine how young minds collaborate and innovate online.

Encolink is a teen-friendly social platform where users can build or join communities around shared interests. It's designed to be a safe, creative space that encourages idea-sharing, collaboration, and growth.

As technology is advancing, there are two problems starting to arise.
1. Ideas are judged by popularity metrics instead of their true potential.
2. People are getting over-dependent on AI.
So, to tackle these issues, we're building Encolink -- a digital space where youngsters can share their ideas freely, without worrying about the representation and figuring out the 'hooks'.

We've introduced a feature of weekly highlights to support impactful ideas, and to make the judgement fair, we've removed features such as likes and follows.

And instead of giving robotic replies and spoon-feeding, our AI forces you to connect with anonymous peers and expand your network. So we're taking a U-turn from robotic replies to genuine human connections, all of it using AI.
