I’m the kind of technical co-founder who’s already gone through the full cycle — from idea, design, shipping, user feedback, to hard lessons.
My last project, Oneseal, didn’t “take off” commercially, but it gave me what most engineers never get without a startup:
I built and shipped a full Rust CLI, encryption stack (Age + X25519), multi-env SDK generator, and TypeScript integration.
I handled everything from product vision → branding → developer onboarding → launch on HN/Reddit/LinkedIn.
I learned to read feedback fast, kill what doesn’t work, and pivot in days, not months.
I’m not attached to tools — I’m attached to shipping value.
I’ve already proven I can build a product solo from zero to launch, structure codebases for scale, integrate CI/CD, design security models, and handle developer UX end-to-end.
What I’m looking for now is the right complementary founder — someone who wants to pair product/market instinct with deep technical execution.
I’m not just an engineer — I’m a builder who’s been humbled by reality and still wants to play the long game.
