’m looking for a mission-driven co-founder who believes deeply in building the future of local commerce in Canada. UrMarket is scaling quickly, and I need a partner who can own and lead major parts of the business with the same level of urgency, commitment, and long-term vision.

I’m open to co-founders across several core areas, depending on their strengths:

1. Chief Strategy & Partnerships Officer / Head of Growth

A leader who can forge partnerships with local retailers, industry associations, hardware groups, delivery networks, and community organizations. Someone who understands marketplace dynamics, can design acquisition funnels, and can scale seller onboarding across Ontario. Experience in GTM strategy, growth loops, and BD is ideal.

2. Head of Product & Customer Experience

A product-obsessed builder who can translate local store challenges into simple, high-performance product flows. Must be strong in user research, UI/UX direction, product prioritization, and creating a seamless customer + seller experience across mobile and web. Experience in marketplaces, logistics, or retail tech is a huge advantage.

3. Operations & Seller Success Lead

A systems thinker who can own the daily engine of the marketplace—seller onboarding, catalog management, logistics workflows, delivery coordination, and customer support. Someone energized by building operational playbooks, process automation, and scalable systems that keep the marketplace running smoothly.

4. Head of Data, Finance & Business Intelligence

A data-driven operator who can structure analytics, pricing, financial models, and dashboards across all sides of the marketplace. Someone who can turn raw data into insights that inform seller acquisition, product decisions, and expansion into new cities. Bonus if they can support fundraising, budgeting, and financial planning.
