Hello, we have built our MVP within Bubble.io does anyone know whether you can copy code out of Bubble to use elsewhere?

Hi, I am not sure if we can do that. However it can be developed on native programming languages that you can host anywhere you wish.
No bubble.io does not provide ways to export your code. An app you build on bubble.io relies heavlily on their SaaS for which they don't provide an open-source version, therefore you can not export it.
Bubble relies on its own SaaS / PaaS infrastructure, which is not open source. So you have to build your application from scratch.
